SLR is pleased to announce that it has acquired A. DiCesare Associates, P.C. (ADA), a respected Connecticut-based engineering firm specializing in highway and railroad bridge inspection and design, and underwater inspection services.

This strategic US acquisition brings ADA’s deep technical expertise and strong infrastructure relationships to SLR’s collaborative ‘One Team’ culture, enhancing capabilities in supporting infrastructure design and construction engineering solutions across the Northeast. ADA’s track record includes strong working relationships with a number of state transportation agencies and rail clients. SLR and ADA have collaborated on numerous occasions, with working relationships that span over two decades.

ADA’s specialist services, particularly in underwater inspection and complex bridge assessments, complement SLR’s existing transportation engineering and inspection teams aligning with our commitment to delivering high-quality, environmentally sustainable solutions to our clients.

Jeanine Armstrong Gouin, Regional President at SLR, shared:

“We’re excited to welcome ADA to SLR. Their specialized knowledge, strong client relationships, and collaborative spirit make them a natural fit for our team. This partnership strengthens our technical depth and positions us to better serve clients across the Northeast and beyond.”

We look forward to the opportunities this partnership will bring for our clients, our teams, and the communities we serve.
