Biography
Garrett brings 9 years of laboratory testing experience supporting metallurgical and environmental test programs across North America. His technical knowledge spans leaching, flotation, comminution, ore characterization, wet chemistry, and analytical instrumentation. He brings experience operating within accredited laboratories, including ISO/IEC 17025-based and TNI-accredited systems, to ensure quality analytical data. Garrett collaborates with engineering teams and clients to provide defensible laboratory data that supports process development and optimization.
Garrett leads metallurgical laboratory operations while managing testing programs that support engineering studies and operational decision-making. He has developed and implemented laboratory methodologies, SOPs, and quality systems while expanding testing capabilities.
His experience includes contributing to research and development initiatives focused on recovery optimization, reagent evaluation, and process chemistry, as well as developing customized testing programs to evaluate extraction strategies across a range of ore types. Garrett collaborates closely with clients and engineering teams to translate laboratory data into practical process recommendations and support metallurgical process development and optimization.
