Roisin Ellis

Biography

Roisin is a Senior Consultant within SLR’s Environmental Management, Permitting and Compliance team, based in Bristol, with five years of experience in environmental consultancy. She specialises in waste permitting, providing technical and regulatory support to clients across the waste management sector.

Roisin has extensive experience in drafting and project managing environmental permit applications, including bespoke permit applications, variations and surrenders. She has supported a range of projects involving waste management facilities, anaerobic digestion plants and industrial installations, managing applications from initial scoping and technical assessment through to submission and regulatory determination.

Roisin provides clients with practical regulatory advice and permitting support, including the preparation of technical documentation, environmental risk assessments, regulatory compliance reviews and liaison with environmental regulators. She also has experience in data analysis and international compliance reviews, supporting clients in meeting their environmental obligations.
